Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using BodySynk, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use BodySynk. By using the service you confirm you can lawfully enter into this agreement, and that any health data you upload is your own or that you have explicit authorization to manage it (e.g. for a family member who has given you consent).

3. Your account

• • Provide accurate information when registering.
• • Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• • Notify us immediately at security@bodysynk.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• • One person, one account. Family or shared access uses our explicit sharing features.

4. The service

BodySynk is a personal health data platform. Features include lab and biomarker tracking, supplement and medication logs, fasting tracking, wearable summaries, DNA-derived insights, food and drug scans, family sharing, and AI-assisted summaries on anonymized data.

We may add, change, or remove features over time. We will avoid breaking changes where possible and notify you in advance of meaningful changes that affect your data or workflow.

5. Not medical advice

BodySynk is an informational tool, not a medical device.

The dashboards, AI summaries, drug interaction notes, food and supplement insights, and any other content on the platform are for educational and organizational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, medications, supplements, fasting, or treatment. Never disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of something you read on BodySynk. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

6. Your data & privacy

You retain ownership of all health data you upload. You grant BodySynk a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, anonymize, and display your data solely to provide the service to you.

We never sell your data, never use it for advertising, and never send raw personal data to AI providers. See our Privacy Policy and Trust Center for details.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• • Upload data about another person without their explicit, informed consent.
• • Use the service for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purpose.
• • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, models, or training data.
• • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without written permission.
• • Circumvent the privacy pipeline or attempt to bypass authentication and access controls.
• • Scrape, resell, or build a competing product from data accessed through the service.
• • Upload malware, send spam, or impersonate any person or entity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Plans & billing

• • Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing is shown before you subscribe.
• • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from Settings; access continues to the end of the current billing period.
• • Fees are charged in the currency shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes.
• • Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law (including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal where it applies).
• • We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; price changes never apply mid-term.

9. Intellectual property

The BodySynk name, logo, software, design, and content (excluding your data) are owned by BodySynk and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your own personal health management.

Feedback you send us is greatly appreciated and may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

10. Third-party services

BodySynk may integrate with third-party services (e.g. wearable platforms, identity providers, payment processors). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. You are responsible for the choices you make about which integrations to enable.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any insight is accurate or complete.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BodySynk and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to BodySynk in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) EUR 100.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or statutory consumer rights).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BodySynk harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or to protect the service or other users. On termination, your access ends and your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BodySynk is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally.
